Objectives : 1. Show the role and place of victims, victims' associations and NGOs in strategic litigation related to the fight against impunity for international crimes 2. Create a visual and interactive map of all cases based on extra-territorial jurisdiction (including passive and active personal principle) around the world with common indicators (jurisdiction, admissibility, obstacles, crimes, procedure, role of victims, trigger etc.)
